Getting help with HousingAI

Our helpdesk can help with signing in, using HousingAI on the web or in Microsoft 365 Copilot, and anything that does not look right. You do not need to sign in to contact us.

The helpdesk is open 9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday, except bank and public holidays in England.

What to include

To help us sort things out quickly, tell us your organisation's name, what you were doing and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. Please do not send personal information about tenants or residents.

Using HousingAI in Microsoft 365 Copilot

The HousingAI agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot needs a HousingAI account. The first time you ask a question, Copilot asks you to sign in with it. If the first sign-in does not complete, try once more. If you do not have an account, ask your organisation's HousingAI administrator, or contact us.
